What exactly is a cold patch?

How long does a cold patch last?

In Florida heat and rain, a properly installed cold patch typically holds 2 to 5 years depending on traffic. For a permanent hot-mix, saw-cut repair, request a custom quote from Express Asphalt Solutions.

What if the damage is worse than a pothole?

We'll flag it. Sometimes a soft spot means the base is failing and a patch is just a band-aid. We tell you the truth and give you a real quote for the fix. No pressure to bundle.

Do you handle sidewalk trip hazards or ADA ramps?

Not on this service. Express Pothole Repair is potholes only, in asphalt parking lots. Sidewalk grinding and ADA ramp work is a different scope. Reach out through Express Asphalt Solutions and we'll quote it separately.

What's your service area?

Core (no travel fee): Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Hernando counties. Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater, New Port Richey, Brandon, Spring Hill, Wesley Chapel.
